The headlines read “Tesco to sell half-price Viagra over the counter” and “Viagra goes on high street sale”. With all the over Viagra and the generic versionsildenafilnow available in pharmacies, the natural assumption is that Tesco and Boots are the places to buy it – the cheapest and easiest avenues to get your sex life back on track.
Update April 2018:now available without prescription.
But while it would be easy to simply walk into your nearest Tesco or Boots pharmacy and ask for a pack from behind the counter, let’s investigate whether it really is possible to buy Viagra during a trip to the supermarket, and if there is another, more convenient alternative out there.
The premise of offering Viagra through pharmacies is simple. It is considered a low toxicity drug with relatively few side effects, and can be safely prescribed following a straightforward medical consultation to rule out contraindications.from a online doctor and pharmacy.
Tesco and Boots require potential patients toschedule a consultationwith a specially trained pharmacist. There they will be weighed, have their blood pressure taken, their cholesterol levels checked, and they will be asked a series of questions. At the end of the consultation Viagra or other ED medicine may be issued if suitable.
This in-store consultation process is on a private (commercial) basis, and not NHS-funded. There will be a charge for the consultation with the pharmacist plus a charge for the supply of medicine each time it is required.
You can also of course visit a private doctor to undergo an assessment and obtain a private prescription to buy Viagra or sildenafil and take the prescription into the pharmacy instore. Doctor’s charge for private prescriptions, usually £8-£20 but can be as high as £150 in some areas of London.
Prices (at time of writing) with a private prescription for Viagra and sildenafil at Tesco and Boots are as follows:

Men in South Africa are being asked to buy Viagra or Cialis, two popular erectile dysfunction drugs. But the drug may not be available without a prescription.
The World Health Organization estimates that in the next three to five years, more than 40 million men in the South African society will suffer from erectile dysfunction. Experts say that’s the biggest problem in the country.
“The vast majority of men who suffer from erectile dysfunction will not get the erection they need,” said Dr. Kseniya Khosrowik, a urology specialist at Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
Many men, she said, will have trouble getting an erection. The problem is more widespread in the United States, where the problem is more pronounced. In the United States, about 15 million men are living with erectile dysfunction.
“There are a lot of men who are suffering from erectile dysfunction,” said Dr. Khosrowik. “We’re seeing more men who are trying to get their sex life back on track, and we’re seeing more men who are suffering from these problems.
“But we are seeing men who are taking this drug for erectile dysfunction, and it’s becoming a problem.”
But Dr. Khosrowik said that’s not how South Africa works. And it’s not the drug itself. “It’s the way that the drug is being prescribed,” she said.
South Africa is the country in which Viagra is first developed, which has led to the development of the drug. Viagra was discovered in 1989, and was developed to treat erectile dysfunction.
“We have always been trying to get as cheap a drug as we can,” Dr. Khosrowik said. “We know that people can take it and some people will.”
Cialis, which is known by the brand name Cialis, was introduced in 1998.
Viagra, which contains the same active ingredient, is also sold as a pill. The drug is not available without a prescription. But the drug is widely used by men who suffer from erectile dysfunction, such as those with diabetes, or who have had an operation or a heart attack. It’s also used to treat enlarged prostate, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and kidney disease.
South Africa is a very busy country, and the drug is not available on the Internet or in stores.
“There is a lot of advertising and advertising out there,” said Dr. Khosrowik, who is also a professor of urology at Stellenbosch University.
“I think that the number of men who will suffer from erectile dysfunction will be increased because the majority of men will not get a proper erection.”
South Africa is also the country in which Dr. Kseniya Khosrowik, a urologist, is first trained to treat erectile dysfunction. In fact, she’s been the director of urology at the South Africa Medical Society since 2017.
In 1998, she was the first doctor of urology training at the University of South Africa. In 2000, she was appointed a doctor of urology by the United States Food and Drug Administration.
In 2003, Khosrowik was appointed a professor of urology at the University of South Africa. In 2007, she was appointed a professor of urology at the University of South Africa.
In 2016, she was appointed a professor of urology at the University of South Africa.
In January, Dr. Khosrowik was appointed as a member of the urological team at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
“I’ve seen men who are taking this drug for erectile dysfunction in South Africa,” she said.
“The number of men that suffer from this problem will be increased because the majority of men will not get a proper erection.”
In South Africa, it is the number of men who suffer from erectile dysfunction that is highest. In 2015, there were 27 million men. In 2016, there were 35 million.
South Africa’s largest market, the country, is also a lucrative market for Viagra, which was developed by Pfizer. Viagra is marketed in the United States and other countries.
Viagra is a prescription drug and the drug works by increasing blood flow to the penis.
